Paralegal

Job Summary:

Attend hearings, mediations and conciliation conference.
Monitors civil and criminal cases involving SRI and its sister companies.
Prepare demand letters and answer to the demand letters.
Prepare and review Contract of Lease, Executive Brief and Legal Opinion.
Prepare complaints, petitions, answers, judicial affidavit, formal offer of evidence and other pleadings.

Job Qualifications:

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Political Science, Legal Management ,Law or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 year working experience in legal process and documentation.
Well-organized and detailed-oriented.
Proficient in communication skills (verbal & written).
Pro-active and results-driven.
With real estate experience is advantage.

Land Development Engineer

Job Summary:

The Land Development hall lead and manage the Land Development Team to ensure the complete development of all lots acquired by company for housing subdivisions and commercial operations within the business requirement timelines provided by Management. This shall include all other task relevant to the completion of land development such as but not limited to; costing, site development plans, pipe laying, complete drainage and sewerage system, electrical, road construction and the coordination and management of the accredited contractors.
Prepare work schedule (S-Curve) and monthly reports of the Land Development Team to present an organized workflow to the management and provide strategies in accordance with the project plan of SRI. This shall include the preparation of Gantt Charts for the phases of the subdivisions to develop, and ensure that all SRI lots for development shall be completed within the given timeframe
Conduct team meetings in the office and at the site to ensure that proper directions are communicated to the team and that everyone is contributing for the completion of the development
Ensure the quality workmanship of the team as well as the contractors as the case maybe and implement site orderliness and workers’ safety;
Monitor and check heavy equipment used on site as well as its utilization in accordance with the number of hours required in the agreed timelines
Review all billings submitted by the contractors for every progress and phase of completion as well as the owner supplied materials used for the development of the lots commensurate to the billings submitted in accordance with the construction agreement;

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
Holding a managerial position for at least 5 years preferably in real estate companies.
With vast experiences in vertical and horizontal land development.
Excellent coordination and interface management skills.
Team player with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
With good working attitude and a team player.
Pro-active and results-driven.

HR Assistant (Generalist)

MARKETING OFFICER

Job Summary:

Gives input on the development, production and implementation of advertising, promotions and media strategies and executions
Issuance and receipt of materialsLeads the development and success of the marketing functions.
Responsible for specific marketing campaigns and projects within the department.
Maintains consistent andeffective brand communication and alliance in the market.
Drive and implement all marketing activities for brokers and sellers.
Prepares memorandum related to marketing.
Organize marketing events for the company related to sales.
Collaborates with the sales team to ensure all marketing goals and strategies are organized and aligned with the sale strategy. Monitors & tracks market share and performance to identify risks and opportunities.

Job Qualifications:

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisory/ Assistant Manager / Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Job Summary:

In charge in preparation of detailed cost estimates for all projects, updating the current materials and labor cost data base for estimating and facilitates for the procurement of owner-supplied materials and services needed.
Provides Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates for projects and special projects of affiliated companies.
Develops costing of specified scope of works.
Monitoring and tracking of current cost of materials and specialty services.
Invites suppliers and contractors for bidding of materials and services requirements.
Tabulates and evaluates bids and proposals.
Provides support in construction and design team.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree of Civil Engineer , Business Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ experience specializing in cost estimating preferably in real estate companies.
