Leading property developer and real estate company Solar Resources Inc. achieves its target of P1 billion pesos in 2017 and recognizes its top achievers in the 2018 SRI Annual Awards held last June 14, 2018 at the Palacio de Maynila in Malate, Manila.
The achievement of their sales objective set last year was another milestone for the company which has redefined and shaped the design, aesthetics, and functionality of the residential homes in the Philippines since its establishment in 1987. One stellar player given special recognition was Rogelio Camacho Jr. representing RCC Realty who received the Chevrolet Sail for being the Top Broker. COO Irwin Tieng acknowledged the dedication and hard work of the brokers who are integral to the company’s fulfillment of its vision to its market, as exemplified in its motto. “Your Home, Our Commitment”.
In his inspirational remarks, Managing Director, Mark Andrew Tieng spurred the brokers further to build on their accomplishments. Other executives in attendance were Executive Vice President Atty. Tam Sarmiento; Vice President; Mags Lugtu; Ladylyn Riva and Solar Resources Inc. owners Aida Tieng and Daisy Tieng.
Also highlighted in the celebration was the progress of the company’s continuing projects that have been capturing the attention of the homeowner market. These include the South Properties such as Las Brisas at Tierra del Sol, West Governor Heights 1 and 2, West Beverly Hills and The Villas at Dasmariñas Highlands. The North Properties cover the Redwood Residences and Las Palmas Subdivsion.
